SHIPPING
Yes. We deliver to all major towns in Kenya and nearby regions capital cities using trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on location.
We deliver within 2–24 hours for all orders in Nairobi and its environs. For same-day delivery, place your order before 5 PM and contact us on our number/Whatsapp or call on 0762891664.
We currently deliver across East Africa i.e Kampal, Juba and Dar and will be expanding globally soon. If you’re outside Kenya, email us at infynitefashions@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote or reach us on whatsapp on +254762891664
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Yes, we allow guest checkout for your convenience. However, we recommend that you create an account when purchasing so that you may easily locate any past order information should you need it. Additionally when you register, you are elligible for 10% welcome discount on your first order and subsequent discounts communicated via  the email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. We do not accept returns on worn or personalized items. Check our Returns Policy page for full details.

Customer pays return shipping except when:
- We sent the wrong item
 - Item arrived damaged or faulty
 
Refunds are processed within 24 working hours of receiving your return in our store back to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please be aware that it can take anywhere from 1-5 working days for the return to post to your account depending on your bank/credit card company.

No worries — we offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.
Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide navigate to get your correct size. You can also message us on WhatsApp for personalized help selecting your fit.
PAYMENT AND ORDERING
Ordering with Infynite is now easier than ever before! Simply browse the website and find the items you are interested in. Once you’ve found an item you would like to purchase, select the size, color, and quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button. The item will then be stored in your shopping cart and you can either check out from there or continue shopping and add more items. In your shopping cart you will be able to easily adjust quantities or delete any items prior to checking out.

If you need to make any changes to your order after you have paid, please contact us ASAP using one of the following methods so we can make changes before the order is processed. Once the order has shipped, we are no longer able to make changes.
